[Lendmo] Customer Service Executive

Lendmo Philippines (a trademark of Weshop) is a peer to peer company. We help people who need funds by lending money and our borrower will surely enjoy our very low interest rates. Our investors can earn 12 to 20% profit annually. Documents and money will be secured 100% and Lendmo Philippines will handle borrower verification for credit and background checks, documents verification, loan agreements preparation, dept collections to repayment process.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls, handle enquiries and complaints from customers;
  • Consult and provide additional information about company’s services;
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure excellent customer experience;
  • Report directly to the Manager on customer situation.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager

Requirements

  • Female is preferred;
  • 3 months’ experience in sales or customer service;
  • Good command of English;
  • Good communication and problem – solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working location: 5th Floor, Campos Rueda Building, 101 Urban Avenue, Brgy, Pio Del Pilar, Makati City, Philippines
