  • Manage and strengthen relationships with various external stakeholders client base of schools and training institutions (SHS, colleges, universities, technical-vocational schools and institutions offering short courses/certifications)

  • Propose possible solutions and product development related features based on clients’ needs

  • Oversee the sales process at each stage from leads generation to closing to after sales servicing

  • Inestigate and troubleshoot customer service issues; propose possible solutions and product development-related featurs based on clients' needs

  • Communicate with clients via email and networking events

  • Manage client-related projects such as event/school fairs

  • Participate in community events to help promote


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7 years of sales or account management experience
  • Access to your own vehicle, valid driver’s license (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Broad network in the education industry (preferred)
  • Pleasing personality
  • Passionate for education and social enterprise
  • Has an exceptional ability handle multiple projects simultaneously    
  • Has the ability to work strategically
  • Has stellar verbal and written communication skills
  • Can strive under stress
  • Independent and innovative self-starter
  • Willing to get hands dirty
