Responsibilities

Customer Support that includes:

  • Remotely troubleshoots and resolves problems on Smart Walkie Devices 
  • Attends to customer enquiries through phone calls or emails
  • Enhance Customer Support Documents, User Guide and Website FAQ
  • Provides virtual training for New Customers
  • Pre- Deployment Setup
  • Generate monthly usage reports for Customers and Finance

KPI: Achieve good Post-Support Customer Satisfaction Rating  

Future Growth Path

- Sales, Quality Assurance, Software Project Management

Requirements

  • Must have a good understanding of mobile applications with troubleshooting knowledge
  • Good English communication skills. Ability to speak Mandarin will be a plus.
  • Good English writing skills and typing speed
  • Good interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude and pleasant voice
  • Customer oriented with a positive mindset
  • Self Discipline and Equipment to work from home

 

Salary

500 - 800 SGD
